A few members of GPBC will remember Michael Morley who sadly died on Sunday 6th March.
Mike was introduced to bowling by his dear friend Eileen Gilpin and was a member at Gildredge for a few years. Eileen says "I am very pleased I had the opportunity to get to know him a little as a lovely, interesting man, visiting him a few times in his residential care home during the last year. Amongst many interests in his life, being an accomplished musician meant his love of music and spending many hours listening to it, especially in his latter years, was a great comfort to him."
